The good folk of Dorchester County, Maryland, are asking some tough questions about the Mid-Atlantic Power Pathway (MAPP) that the big power holding company PHI wants to plough through their farms and fields.
Is it really needed to serve the people of Maryland? Or is it simply part of PHI’s plans to increase its own profits by manipulating the political system to seize the land of taxpayers through the power of eminent domain?
